Agatha Raisin is a Sky One/Acorn TV British television series based on M.C. Beaton's novels of the same name. The pilot episode, Agatha Raisin & the Quiche of Death, originally premiered on December 26, 2014 on Sky One.

Six months after airing the pilot, Sky One ordered an eight episode first season which debuted June 7, 2016. Sky One decided not to commission any further episodes, however, the American streaming service Acorn TV later picked up the series for a three episode second season, which began airing November 19, 2018 in America. Despite dropping the show, Sky One continued to air the Acorn TV produced season in the UK and certain other international regions.

The success of the second season prompted Acorn TV to renew the show for a four episode third season which debuted October 28, 2019. A fourth season consisting of another four episodes was confirmed in May 2020, however production of the season has been paused due to the COVID‑19 pandemic.

No-nonsense P.R. whiz Agatha Raisin leaves the London rat race to live in the Cotswold village of Carsely. But all is not as it seems, some villagers are murderous, so she turns from PR to PI.
