Billy Tulloch is a character in the third season of the Agatha Raisin television adaptation, originating in the novel Agatha Raisin: As the Pig Turns.
He is one of Carsely's most popular police officers.
He was portrayed by Gerry McLaughlin.
Biography
One of Carsely’s most popular coppers. He has a good working relationship with Bill, and is always keen to help anyone in need. As a fellow Highlander he quickly develops a strong rapport with Agatha as the two bond over their shared upbringing.
