Spiros Economides is a character in the first season of the Agatha Raisin television adaptation, originating in the novel Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death.
He is a purveyor of quiche at a specialist bakery in London.
He was portrayed by Joseph Long.

Spiros sold a spinach quiche to Agatha Raisin, which she then entered as her own in to Carsely's quiche competition. Agatha admitted to buying the quiche when her entry was found to have poisoned the judge, Andy Cummings-Browne, leading his wife Jo Cummings-Browne to travel to London and question Spiros.
